After more than one month of negotiations, the officials from CFR Cluj agreed for the borrowing for one year of the Argentinean midfielder at Newell's Old Boys
"The borrowing is for a period of one year with the possibility to buy him. The officials from Cluj accepted in the end our offer", declared Eduardo Bermudez, the vice president of Newell's. The Argentinean club paid 100.000 dollars for Prette’s borrowing. "I am very happy that I will dress the T-shirt of Newell's", commented Prette.
