Adrian Mutu is expected to return in Fiorentina's squad at the match against Palermo, on 13 February but the message of Tuscan officials is very clear: the Romanian will rejoin the team when he will show that he has changed.
"Fiorentina's line is clear: the striker will return to the group only when he will be prepared. The player still has physical problems, although alone, he accelerated his recovery.
Then there is another aspect: the psychological. Adrian must demonstrate that he has changed. Time is running out, but at a realistic analysis everything shows that he will return next week on the ground. Mutu will miss the matchs with Genoa (Wednesday) and Parma (Sunday) and he will return to the team in the match with Palermo, scheduled for February 13", wrote Gazzetta dello Sport.
Also, the Italians note that Mutu asked to be included in the squad for Wednesday's game, but owner Andrea della Valle has not yet taken a decision.
