Răzvan Lucescu won’t convoke Adrian Mutu and Adrian Cristea, "Brilliant’s" drink friend. The players because the star didn’t turn back home with them: "He is coward!"
Adrian Mutu (30 years old) won’t be convoked at the national team. Sources within the team affirm that the spotter Răzvan Lucescu won’t count from now on the services of Florentine’s star, disaffected at the attitude shown by the "tricolor" during the training camp and at the match from Belgrade.
Adrian Cristea, Mutu’s "lieutenant" at the spritzer from the restaurant Doi Cocoşi, will be ignored by the spotter from now on, too.
"He is coward, why doesn’t he come with us?"
Yesterday morning, on the airport from Belgrade, even some players from the team revolted against Mutu, when they realized that Florentine’s player, suspended for the match with Feroe from Piatra-Neamţ, is leaving straight to Italy: "He is coward! Why doesn’t he come with us at Bucharest? He lost the match with 0-5, too, not only us".
He left to the negotiations
Mutu left the training camp yesterday morning. He left with a car to discuss the offer of those from Fenerbahce.
In the staff of the national team there was a discussion that Mutu had taken on purpose that yellow card, so that he won’t play on Wednesday with Feroe: "If he want to be alongside the team, he should be to all the matches, not only at that matches that he likes".
Catastrophe on the field
Even Mutu’s attitude revolted the coaches of the national team. "At 0-2 everything finished", declared Răzvan Lucescu after the match. At that phase Mutu lost the ball, stopped on the field raising his hands and reprehending his colleagues. "We are stars, but outside the field. In the game we have no attitude". As for the rest Mutu missed a free kick, shot a ball caught easily by Stojkovici and that was all.

Mutu has overstepped the limits since Tuesday night. Although he was in his spare time he caroused in that night up to 03:00 a.m., and the second day there were scheduled two trainings. The first one was at 11:00.
Paparazzi Libertatea surprised the forward of the national team, together with his colleague Adrian Cristea, having fun in two restaurants from Bucharest, accompanied by two sexy women, Cristina Ţintilă and Alina Ghidarcea, smoking leisurely a cigar and tasting a few bottles of red vine.
One qualification and four throwing-away
Adrian Mutu debuted at the national team in 2000, in a friendly match with Greece (0-2). He has 67 selections 29 goals, occupying the 3rd place in the top of the scorers all-time of the national team, after Hagi (35) and Iuliu Bodola (31). Mutu participated at two final tournaments, Euro 2000 and Euro 2008, where he scored the only goal of the "tricolors", against Italy, 1-1. In that match he also muffed a penalty. With Mutu, the national team passed up four qualifications: WC 2002, EC 2004, WC 2006 and WC 2010.
