The former player and coach of Steaua, Gheorghe Hagi, declared that he had proposed the forward of 24 years old from Craiova, Florin Costea to the sponsor of red-blue since was coaching in Ghencea (2007).
"I have said it before, I like Costea. I proposed him to Steaua. He was the first player I had proposed to the sponsor when I was at Steaua and then he also said he liked Costea", affirmed Hagi.
"He is a player that makes the difference on the last 30 meters. That is his quality and he makes it very well. This way made both Hagi Adrian Ilie. There are some players who were born for attack", added "The King".
