The sponsor of Rapid, George Copos, has commented the eventuality that Rapid may lose at the green table the match with Poli Timişoara, 0-3, because they used Varga and Bălan in the match with Poli (1-0 on the ground) without a legal right.
"This would be an illegal and abusive decision. This is not the spirit of Timisoara, but Iancu’s. Legally speaking, Varga and Balan had the stamps from la LPF, they cannot take such a decision", said Copos at the television sportro.
"Sa declansez un razboi contra Timisoarei? Who am I? A poor person. Anyway, if this decision remains, the first team of Rapid will go in League 4th. We are all going there", added he.
