Sources from the Romanian Justice Ministry have declared to GSP.ro that the 26-year old Hertha Berlin player, Maximilian Nicu, has obtained a favorable decision to his request for Romanian citizenship.
The decision stands to be published tomorrow in the Official Monitor, Romania's law journal.
